Paper archive labels
Every paper file carries a code to its digital copy
FileFlow gives every file a 10-digit code that is its place in the structure. Print the code and a QR code on a label, stick it on the paper file, and scan it with a phone to open the digital copy.

FAQ
What does the 10-digit file code mean?
The first two digits are the project, then two for the subject, two for the sub-subject, two for the second sub-subject, and the last two for the file itself.
Do I need a special scanner for the code?
No. Any phone camera can scan the QR code to open the file in FileFlow.
Can I import my current archive structure?
Yes. Prepare a CSV of your projects, subjects and files and import it from Settings; FileFlow shows any conflicts before importing.
